[Pilots] Powered tug at SGS

The Power tug at SGS has been placarded to warn of possible damage if 
used off of paved surfaces.  this is because we did have damage to it 
when it was used off the pavement.

If you are unfamiliar with the operation of the machine,  please view 
the video posted at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZVGoENwEcnY     Also 
read through the instructions and placards posted on the machine and 
take a few minutes to practice driving it before attaching it to an 
aircraft.  also reach out to someone with experience with the machine to 
get training before using it.
