[Pilots] flight Briefing and de-briefing

All,  During the recent CI,  we received a discrepancy due to the fact that
we as a group are not filling out the brief and debrief section of our
sotise in WIMRS.  We have long held that this was a funded  flight only
requirement.  It turns our that we are required to do this for ALL flights.
This means O-flights, proficiency , SAR, flight training, etc.   Please make
sure that your briefing and debrief are fully filled out for all flights
going forward.  Flights will be audited  daily for compliance and  you will
be contacted if you are not in compliance.  Please contact me if you have
any questions.
