[Pilots] Mission Brief and Debrief

All,  see below for a list of missions that have sorties that have not been
properly briefed and or debriefed.  National is mandating that we fix all
the sorties that are not complete.  After I spend a great amount of time
locating each incomplete 104,  I will be reaching out to you all to complete
your sortie Briefs and Debriefs.

 

Going forward,  if you can not do a proper Brief/ Debrief,  please do not
fly CAP aircraft.
