[Pilots] Use of National Credit Card

Hello Everyone,

 

With the weather improving and flying increasing, I wanted to sent out a
reminder about the use of the National Credit Cards located in the AIF
Binder in each aircraft.

 

1.	The National Credit Cards MUST only be used for funded missions
2.	The cards MUST only be used for fuel and oil related to flight
operations for that particular mission
3.	Expenses CANNOT be prorated or split when flying different mission
numbers
4.	Each aircraft ID/Pin is unique and based on the tail number
5.	Use of the credit cards MUST be documented as an attachment with a
receipt and completed F010V or F010VEZ

 

As a reminder, the Form 104 is mandatory for every sortie and needs to have
every box completed, even if it is "NA".

 

The PIC is responsible for insuring that all the paperwork is complete and
accurate.

 

If you are and FRO, do your best to make sure that the PIC has completed all
the necessary paperwork and attachments during your debrief.

 

There are several available and funded missions in WIMIRS, so make sure you
check regularly for updates and review the mission requirements.
