[Pilots] New funded missions for 2024 available

Hello MN Wing Pilots,

A heads up that the new 2024 funded missions are now starting to show up in
WMIRS, so there shouldn't be a big gap in funded flying. Here are the
missions that are now open and ready to go on Sept 30:

A7 - Form 5/91 Evaluation flights
A9 - MX flights
A12 - Proficiency flights - We will again start with all TMP's and MP's
being eligible for a funded flight each quarter.
A15 - Cadet Orientation flights - We set a high bar this year, so let's hit
the road running on getting our cadets up flying!
A50 - SUI inspections

Plus all "B" and "C" missions

Let's look to have another safe and highly productive flying year!
