[Pilots] Correction to new proficiency profile notice

Hello MN Wing Pilots,

I must apologize for an error in my previous email concerning the updated
71-4 proficiency mission.
My summary of the new profiles was incorrect. In fact the profiles and the
pilot qualifications to fly them were not changed (VFR pilots can still fly
profile 7) The updated standard  emphasizes  that a pilot flying one of the
profiles must be a qualified pilot and meet all the requirements of the
profile that is selected. These profiles are not intended for training
towards new qualifications, only keeping proficiency in qualifications that
you already possess.
Bottom line is to read through all the requirements of a proficiency
profile to make sure you meet all the qualifications and complete the items
in the profile syllabus
