[Pilots] NCPSC re-do

Pilots and others,  I've had several questions about the content, etc. of the NCPSC Seminar.  Following is the original noticed sent in March.

Welcome to the Official Announcement of the 2025 National Check Pilot Standardization Course. I, Capt Daly, will be the MC for the Course.

As you are probably aware, the purpose of the Course is for the Stan/Eval Officers, Check Pilots, and anyone interested in CAP Aviation related things to get together, sort out problems, learn new stuff, Standardize documentation, and generally work to make our pilots safer and more proficient.

Where: Camp Craig, Hutchinson Airport
When: Saturday, April 19th 0930 - 1630

Here's the itinerary:

0930 - 1000 - Check-in and Welcome
1000 - 1045 - Opening Presentation - Capt Frank Daly
1045 - 1100 - transition
1100 - 1200 - FAASafety Rep Halatsis
1200 - 1300 - lunch - provided
1300 - 1430 - Dr. Clayton Cowl, AME Mayo Clinic, Rochester, MN
1430 - 1445 - transition/break
1445 - 1530 - Joe Keller, NHQ CAP/DOV
1530 - 1600 - Rosendahl/Quilling Wing Maintenance
1600 - 1630 - My closing remarks and Conclusion.

I'm honored to inform you that our Keynote Speaker Dr. Clayton Cowl (pron "Coal"), will do a lecture on:

Lecture Title: “The Ups and Downs of Obtaining and Preserving Your FAA Medical Certificate: Reflections and Advice from the Other Side of the Gurney”

As you know there will be AF funded flying for Stan/Eval Officers and Check Pilots in association with the Course. The Mission Symbol is A17. The Mission is open until 30 September, 2025. The goal of the Mission is for Check Pilots to get together, compare notes, standardize check pilot's knowledge and procedures to current standards, and F5 administration. The Mission provides up to 1.5 Hobbs hours.
