Good day, MN Wing Pilots!
Some of you may have already noticed that there is an issue with multiple
airports not reporting METARs throughout the state. The primary provider
for MN non-federally owned AWOS stations is AnyAWOS. They are currently
experiencing a gateway failure at their headquarters that is keeping the
AWOS from sending out METARs. They are, however, broadcasting on VHF and
through phone numbers (found on www.airnav.com).
Right now, the latest update is that the technician should arrive at their
HQ by 1415 CDT (1915Z). I will keep the wing updated as I get more
information!
Fly safely!

always have an excuse to have your face to the sky."
