MNWNG Pilots,

Welcome to the 2025 Annual Flight Clinic.

This year's Clinic will cover several topics/issues generated last year's flying experience. MNWNG flys a lot of hours and it has mostly been a Safe and fruitful experience but also means lots of opportunities for things to go wrong, but also lots of opportunities for us to improve our Safety and Integrity record.

The Clinic is published on the Intranet under "Operations", then "Flight Safety Briefing Materials".  It is intended to be mostly self-supporting, but a Presenter will make it far more effective.

Please have your Operations or Stan/Eval Officer send me an email when your Squadron has scheduled your Clinic.  In the event a Member can't attend their Squadron's Presentation, I can direct them to another Squadron.  If that fails, please let me know.  You will be directed to view the PowerPoint and complete a 2025 Flight Clinic Quiz for credit of participation.

Attached is CAPF 70-6 FLIGHT CLINIC ‒ ATTENDANCE ROSTER AND CERTIFICATION OF PARTICIPATION WORKSHEET.  Squadrons are requested to use this sheet to record Clinic participants.  Please write legibly.  Do not worry about recording aircraft time.  That will be covered by WMIRS.

Last, but not least, Operations or Stan/Eval Officers -  upload your Clinic Participants to Mission Files.  Please use Folder "Clinic Participants" or have your pilots check into the Mission.  NCR will be auditing our progress, so let's make it easy for them.
