[Pilots] *URGENT* Funded flying notice

Hello MN Wing Pilots,

I have an issue that needs to be brought to your attention. We have used over ¾ of the funds allocated to us by NHQ to do form 5/91 check flights. This has become a problem because we WILL run out of funding for form 5/91 flights well before the end of the fiscal year in September.

To help conserve funds and get as many members a chance to get their flights funded, as of now the Form 5/91 checkride mission is only to be used for annual form 5's and form 91's. All abbreviated check rides will have to be self funded, or funded using another A type mission.

I have petitioned NHQ to try and get more funding for this mission, but have not received very good feedback so far about the possibility of that happening this fiscal year. The problem is that NHQ drastically underestimated the budget we need to provide a funded form 5 and 91 for all of our active pilots, and they have limited "excess" funds to allocate to missions.
