[Pilots] CAP flying status

Hello MN wing pilots,

An update on the status of our flight operations. NHQ has given the authorization for routine maintenance items on our airplanes. Our wing maintenance has begun doing oil changes and items to get more of our planes back ready to fly.
Just this evening funding has been added to the A9 maintenance mission, so we will be able to move airplanes around to get them in and out of maintenance.
Funding for other missions should start to take place soon. I will keep you posted as soon as I get word of additional funding being moved into our mission.
