[Pilots] More CAP funding

Hello MN Wing Pilots,

I wanted to let you know that our Form 5/91 mission is now funded.  We will have funding for annual form 5 check rides and form 91 check rides. If you need to do an abbreviated form 5 we will fund those on a case-by-case basis. Please send me a request for abbreviated check rides. I will try to approve as many as possible, but will need to watch how we are doing on the budget to make sure we don't run short.
