Further research showed the PFD message of <b><span style='color:yellow;background:black;mso-highlight:black'>SLCT MAG</span></b><span style='color:yellow'> </span>to indicate a Display Unit(DU), Navigation Angle selection of other than Magnetic North.<o:p></o:p></span></i></p><p class=MsoNormal><i><span style='font-size:14.0pt'><o:p> </o:p></span></i></p><p class=MsoNormal><i><span style='font-size:14.0pt'>If the pilot/crew has selected the Display Unit for the Navigation Angle to <u>True North</u>, the PFD will show the Annunciator Message of <b><span style='color:yellow;background:black;mso-highlight:black'>SLCT MAG</span></b>. The system is simply reminding the pilot/crew to select the default Display Angle to Magnetic North.
