Recently, and trending in the wrong direction, the amount of time spent correcting and responding to improper authorizations is distracting from all the magnificent work you all do, and his prohibiting Capt. Bestul from doing the important work that we need
him to do in MN/WG. </div>

The ONLY staff that should be doing final approval of pilot related documents and qualifications in eServices is Capt. Bestul/DOV, or his delegates. We have discussed the issue with CAP/HQ that eServices cannot be restricted to only show allowable and prudent
OPS-QUALS for approval by squadron leadership and staff to prevent confusion and accidental approval where the approver is not qualified to make a determination on proper submission. They have indicated that there is no current fix available.</div>
