[Stcroix] Woodbury Days Fundraiser - Aug 23 - Aug 25th! Sign up sheet & info

*Members of the Saint Croix Squadron!*

We are 9 days away from our large fundraising event at Woodbury Days 2024!
As we have been making announcements each week at the meetings, we are in
need of a good deal of help for this event.

Our main objective is to go around the fairgrounds and empty full trash
containers at the top and bottom of every hour during the peak of this
event.
I have posted a sign up sheet in the training room for all members, cadets
and seniors to commit to signing up and participating in this event.

The dates and times for the carnival are as follows:
*Sunday, (8/23) 4 pm to 10 pm*
*Saturday, (8/24) 10am to 10 pm*
*Sunday, (8/25) 11am to 4 pm *
I have attached the current schedule of who has signed up but I need to
fill more slots with workers and shifts. We still need sign ups for all
three days of this event.  Take a look at the schedule and see where you
can help out.  I need firm commitments for this event...

As stated, I need a minimum of 3 to 4 cadets all day long as well as 3
senior members in attendance to supervise and aid in this event.  We need
to pull together at least two teams per shift to accommodate the workload
anticipated.  Like I said, we are only on the fair grounds which is limited
to Ojibway park in Woodbury, adjacent to Woodbury High school parking
lots.

I also need a minimum of one cadet who can participate in attending the
recruiting in the booth, as well as a base of operations for our members to
shelter and take refuge from the heat and sunshine.   I will be providing
snacks and water for our members.  Take note, if you are looking to do
recruiting, you will need to do a minimum of one day of trash duty as
well.  Blues is the UoD for cadets in the recruiting role.

The rest of us volunteered for the trash haul duty - our uniform of the day
will be the desert tan squadron T-shirt, black shorts, tennis shoes, ball
cap (preferably CAP logos or neutral) and bring along work gloves.

I have attached the parade route, current sign up roster with vacancies to
fill and a CAPF60-80 parental consent sheet.

We are working for a donation worth $2,100 dollars to the squadron for our
needs.
