[Stcroix] Important information on Woodbury Days attendance!

*St. Croix Squadron members*
*Woodbury Days trash removal fundraiser event!!!!*
If you are attending and working a shift or multiple shifts here is most
information you will need to know.

*First off,* when you arrive, you *must* go straight to our St. Croix Booth
to check in and out of this event!
*ALL CADETS:* you must check in and out of this event with either myself or
1Lt. Larson.  *YOU WILL NEED* A CAPF60-80  (attached) along with your CAP
ID to log in to this event.  Also, we need to make sure of your status IN
and OUT of this event - so no one is unaccounted for.  I cannot stress
enough how very important this is!  This is the same process when you check
out and leave we must know that you have been picked up and are checked out.

*ST CROIX SQUADRON BOOTH (HQ) #18*
Here is a screenshot of the location of our St. Croix Squadron Booth (#18)
as located on the OJibway Park map for this event.  Based on where you park
or get dropped off this is easy enough to find.  We are on the North side
of the large Ojibway Park building on the south end of the Carnival Rides.

*UNIFORM OF THE DAY (UoD)*
As we discussed last night, we will be required to wear our tan ABU T-shirt
and black shorts (just like the PT uniform) that all of you must have
already.  if it is a squadron logoed T-shirt that is fine as well.  Please
dress in comfortable tennis shoes, ball cap (not ABU cover) sunglasses,
canteen (if you choose), sunscreen if needed, working gloves, big smile!

Here is the published map for parking at this event for attendance.  If
your parents are dropping off or picking up, we must know in advance which
gate they will be using.  There are multiple entry points but the NORTH &
SOUTH gates for entry are the most common, unless you are parking and
walking into the event.  Parents can call me if a special arrangement for
pick up and drop off is arranged ahead of time.
*PARENTS OF YOUNGER CADETS:*  it is expected that if you young person is
to attend you will be escorting them to the St. Croix Booth for drop off
and pick up. I have included the link for Woodbury days above.
