[Stcroix] Kowalski's Fundraiser Event

Dear STX squadron,

Please come and participate in a fundraiser at the Kowalski's store carting
out groceries for customers on *Monday, 23 December from 9:00am to 3:00 pm*
.
Fundraisers provide monies to pay for our expenses at our squadron hangar.

There will be a sign up sheet at Thursday's squadron meeting. You can also
reply to me in this email if you plan to participate. I need at least six
cadets serving for each shift.
It is IMPORTANT that you arrive FIVE minutes early for a briefing for your
shift.
*You must check in and out with Lt Kimberly Larson.  *
* A 60-80 is attached to this email- you **cannot** participate without
bringing the permission slip. *
*Please give the bottom portion to your parent/s with my contact
information.*
*PARENTS:  it is EXTREMELY important that you PICK UP YOUR CADET promptly
at 3 pm. *Our senior members have other places to be when this event ends.

Shifts can be 2-3 hours at a time or you can volunteer for all day.  *Please
write on the sign up sheet what you are planning to do. *

*Cadets UOD: ABU's. YOU WILL BE OUTSIDE A LOT.  **YOU MUST BE PREPARED** by
wearing layers and making sure that you are dressing for the weather. *
Jackets, stocking hats, gloves may be necessary.
Covers will *NOT *be required.  Bring *water bottles* and money for your
own purchases.
*Seniors UOD*:  Blues polo and grey pants.
