[Stcroix] Gertens order- delivery pick-up at STX hangar- Thurs, 21 November

Dear STX,

This Thursday,  21 November is the Gerten's plant order delivery to our hangar.  You and your parents may come and pick up your orders any time after 6:00 pm.
I have your order forms at the hangar.  Your order MUST be checked out by me before you take it with you.
All orders MUST be picked up on Thursday before the end of the meeting by 9:00 pm.
If you have any questions, please either call or email me.

A reminder that the poinsettias are VERY FRAGILE and must be kept warm.  You can NOT leave the poinsettia flowers outside on a customer's porch in the cold.
The plants WILL DIE!  If you do this, this will be YOUR responsibility to pay for another plant.
