[Stcroix] Gerten's Fundraiser- paper orders due Thurs, October 17

ALCON,  PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Our fall fundraiser is in full swing!  To update those who may have missed the last few meetings- our fall fundraiser is to sell
Gerten's greenhouse holiday greens, poinsettia flowers and winter porch display planters for our squadron fundraiser.
Gerten's gives us back 30% of the total sales! The money supports our squadron necessities.

Paper Order forms are due:  Thursday, October 17.  Online orders can be accepted onsite until Monday, October 21.
Delivery will be at the squadron hangar: Thursday, November 21. More details to follow about pick-up times.

There are two ways to sell our items
#1- there are order forms and pictures of each of the items at the hangar.  Your customer can pay either with cash or with
check:  Payable to MNCAP.
IF you receive a donation- there is a spot to write down the amount on the form under the total money amount  -D$.  This helps us to understand exactly what your customers have paid for.  Parents:  please help your cadet organize the order by adding up money totals and organizing checks.
ALSO- if you have not turned in the order form by the cutoff date: you will have to refund the amount back to them.  Gerten's has a firm policy that I cannot send in late payments.  Period.

#2-  ALL of our items are for sale online at gertensfundraising.com.  Our Store ID: 549.  Make sure that the cadet name is on the order!  We want to avoid any confusion.
Also:  Plant gift cards are available this year in denominations of $25, $50 and $100 amounts. These MUST BE ORDERED ONLINE ONLY.  Again, make sure that the cadet name is included on the order!!

If you have an order and cannot make it to the next meeting, you must contact me to make an arrangement to turn it in to me.
