[Stcroix] Woodbury Days Fundraiser Event 22 -24 AUG 2025 - We still need members to help!!

*Members of the St.Croix Squadron**Sign up Request #4 - 2 Days Away!!!*

*I am still short (2) seniors & (4) Cadets each shift*

The Woodbury days business fair & carnival are just days away & *we need
every available senior & cadet member to sign up and volunteer for this
event.*  This will raise a good chunk of change, $2,500.00 cash to our
squadron for many things we need!
Located at the Ojibway Park in Woodbury MN. 55125


Now I have adjusted the schedule this year to compensate for last year's
learning curve on this event and have one shift on Friday and two shifts on
Saturday A & B and one shift on Sunday.  I will need *at least 6 senior
members* and* ten cadets on staff *all the time & on every day, in order to
get this done!

Our task is simple, we empty the garbage cans around the fair and in the
food tent during this event.  Now we go out every hour with two teams, one
north for the general fairgrounds & the midway ride areas & one team south
to the beer & food tents.  If you participated last year you should
know the drill & it's not that hard as long as we have member
participation.

I will have a large sign up sheet in the hangar bay for all to see and sign
up with. I need firm commitments and we need all hands on deck. If you can
give me a full day I will appreciate it or if you can give me a partial on
Saturday either A or B shift its all good!  Here's the shift break downs!
 Here are the fair hours!
*FRIDAY, 22 AUG 2025* - 4:00 PM TO 9:00 PM (5 hours long)
*SATURDAY, 23 AUG 2025* - 10:00 AM TO 9:00 PM (11 hours long)
*SUNDAY,  24 AUG 2025* - 10;00 AM TO 5:00 PM (7 hours long)
*PARADE ON SUNDAY STARTS AT 11:00 AM*


FRIDAY - MOVE IN IS AT 2:00 PM

AS FOLLOWS:*
FRIDAY SHIFT - *4:00 PM to 9:00 PM* (we need to empty all cans by 9:00pm)

SATURDAY SHIFT A- *12:00 PM to 5:00 PM*

SATURDAY SHIFT B- *5:00 to 9:00 PM *(we need to empty all cans by 9:00pm)

*If you can be there all day long that would be great!*
SUNDAY SHIFT - *10:00 AM to 5:00 PM*

*AT 9:30 AM a team of three seniors will set out temp trash cans along the
parade route with one carts & trailer before the parade starts at 11:00 am*

*Everyone*! This is a large commitment I know and I will need as many of
you as I can get! This is an all hands on deck call for help!
Seniors if you can report in at the start of the fair at least an hour
earlier than the shifts, that will be great to get the shifts ready to go!

The uniform of the day for this is the *Tan squadron T-shirt and black
shorts!*  sunglasses, ball cap and working gloves are what you will need.
Good tennis shoes will help & a big smile!

A parental CAPF60-80 is included with this email!
