[Stcroix] Meeting Cancelled Due to Extreme Weather Forecast

Tonight's meeting is cancelled given the extreme weather forecast vs. our safety thresholds identified in CAP Regulation 60-2.

Command and Staff Meeting is still on as scheduled, although will be virtual via TEAMS.
