Commander's Remarks: 
Greetings Seniors, Cadets, and Parents,
This week is an extraordinary time in the church calendar for many denominations in observance of Easter. Many people will be traveling to visit friends and family or taking a break from school and the cold. We will not have our weekly CAP meeting this Thursday, April 1st, to reduce any conflict that some might feel in recognition of this holiday season or travel plans. 
I wish you a very Happy Easter season and hope you all have a safe and enjoyable week. I want to take this time to thank all of you for the support you have given our squadron, and I look forward to seeing you all again next week.

All Testing - Requested by Tuesday Evening 2359H. No exceptions. 

Mankato Squadron Fun Run Fundraiser - In an effort to promote physical fitness, our squadron will be doing a fundraiser run on May 22, at Bluff Park in Mankato. Use this pledge sheet for sponsors. This can be per mile, or a total amount.
 
Training - 0830-0930 Sat. April 10, meeting in the back parking lot of Mankato West Sr. High (19983 Old State Highway 66, Mankato, MN  56001 United States), remember to bring a CAPF 60-80. 
Members are responsible for transportation to and from this event. 
Dress appropriately in athletic attire and bring water. 

2021 MN Wing Encampment Dates - All activities are being planned at Camp Ripley. Note the CSW and CTW will most likely be hybrid or virtual. EPS and Encampment are dependent upon MN being in phase 3 of COVID-19 remobilization. 

Cadre Training Weekend (CTW): April 29-May 2
Encampment Prep School (EPS): June 4-6
Encampment: Students June 26 - July 3, Staff June 25 - July 4

Mankato Squadron Tan T-Shirt - If interested, we have tan t-shirts with the squadron logo on them that can be worn under the ABU’s.  If you are interested they are $12.00 each.  Please see 2nd Lt. Mader if you are interested.
