[Pilots] AC databases

Please hold up on any Database updates.  there is a new process to gat 
the data and we need to review it and creats an instruction sheet.  
there has already been on problem possibly due to the need for the new 
process so please hold for now.  If you *must* fly IFR,  please contact 
me  so we can try to get yours first.
