[Pilots] Wing Grounding status

Based on the photos that we have received so far,  there is still some work
to be done.  The minimum requirements are as follows

 

1.	Door opening minimum height marking  for bifold doors.   Door
opening width markings for sliding doors.   Instructional placards for other
types like FCM
2.	Tail alignment marking for Tee hangars
3.	Lines to guide ALL 3 wheels to be marked from the hangar door to the
chock locations  ( I suggest these lines extend outside of the hangar but
not mandatory)
4.	For multiple chock positions the chocks should be labeled for the
planes they are set for

 

We have also had requests for special 1 on 1 training to expedite return to
flight.  Pilots are contacting squadrons to see if their hangar is open for
business as they have an o flight scheduled for Saturday.    This grounding
needs to be taken more seriously than that.  No O- flight or UBX is more
important that this retraining and hangar improvements to prevent additional
damage to our aircraft.   Lets all take a deep breath,  pause,  and get the
work done.   

 

There are in person training meetings being held at KLVN - 10:00AM   and
KFCM - 10:00 this Saturday.  Please attend one of these if you can.

 

   We plan to inspect hangars on Monday and Tuesday.    No hangar will be
released for flying until late Tuesday at the earliest.
