[Pilots] MNWG - Grounding of all aircraft and pilots

Please see the attached Memorandum and distribute to all affected MNWG CAP
members who may not have received it.  All MNWG aircraft and pilots are
grounded effective 2000 Hrs on 18 Aug 2022.
