[Pilots] New briefing location

Hello MN wing pilots,

A couple of items to update and make you aware of:
Due to technical issues with the MN wing safety briefing, and the NHQ
preflight proficiency mission briefing they have both been converted to
Youtube videos. They can be found at the following links:

There are about 25 pilots that have not completed the ungrounding tasks, so
if you are one of those, please try to complete those tasks as soon as
possible.

Remember that the end of the fiscal year is quickly approaching! Missions
start to close the 26th (Annual form 5/91 mission, Cadet orientation flight
mission) with all missions closing by the 30th. So if you are considering
getting some flying in, keep this in mind.
