[Pilots] Let Go Fly

To MN Wing pilots,

It looks like many of us have not flown in a while. The Civil Air Patrol
and the USAF want to invest in you. There are funded flights available for
you to use before the end of the fiscal year.
I encourage all of you to get out and fly, contact an instructor, and work
on your skills. Mission pilots help grow our base of mission observers and
scanners.
