[Pilots] Discrepancies

MN Wing Orientation Pilots

I have a request for those of you flying O flights tomorrow. NHQ has
requested us to make sure all discrepancies in our airplanes are entered In
AMRAD. They believe there are unreported discrepancies in the national
fleet.

Please text or email me with any discrepancies found. I’m asking you to
send them to me for AMRAD entry because we’ve had discrepancies in the
system that don’t require centralized maintenance such as database updates
and missing loose equipment. Sometimes the wording of the discrepancy
triggers unnecessary questions or concerns by NHQ staff.
