[Pilots] New Wt/Bal sheet for NCPSC

Pilots,

Our aircraft are being re-weighed this year, and several aircraft have new Basic Empty Weights.

Attached is the updated BEW spreadsheet.  Please be aware that, for a while, this will be a living document and may be changed.  Fortunately, LtCol Matson's "Weight and Balance Flight Planning Spreadsheet" on the Intranet is up to date (however, it is still required to check the BEW before using it for flight planning).
